BlackRock Enhanced Dividend Achievers Trust is a closed-end equity fund. BDJ commenced operations in August 2005 with the investment objective of seeking current income and current gains, with a secondary objective of long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the Trust will invest at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks that are included in the universe of common stocks of issuers which Indxis has determined are Dividend Achievers and options with exposure to such stocks.
